- 100g (2/3 cup) fresh strawberries, sliced
- 50 ml coconut yoghurt
- 75 ml pure pomegranate juice
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 4 cubes ice
- 1 tbs goji berries
- 2 tbs dried apple, snipped into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbs dried strawberries
- 1 tbs vegan dark chocolate, grated
- 1 tbs puffed quinoa
Put the fresh strawberries, coconut yoghurt, pomegranate juice, agave syrup and ice cubes in a liquidiser. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth, then pour into a bowl.
Decorate the top with the rest of the ingredients and serve straight away.
